Service Description

For current non-concierge (*this is included with most pre-paid Q-2-week to Q-3-month) packages, patients “on the go,” who do not have time for an appointment check in at the recommended interval discussed at their appointment wrap up, and do not require any medication changes, we currently offer online refill request. This service does not require any interaction with your provider. You will be required to fill out a short form to ensure that continuing your medications “as is” will be safe and if you provide answers that suggest you may need a visit, we will notify you. This service could provide you with a 30-day or 90-day script plus possible refill(s) which could cover you for up to a max of 6 months. This depends on length of stability demonstrated with our organization. Please understand that medication cost is not included. You can use GoodRX to assess these cost and request these prescriptions be sent to the pharmacy of choice. We will not refill any controlled or government monitored substances with this service, but you may request a refill of up to 3 medications that are noncontrolled. *This is listed as part of the NSA


Cancellation Policy

Cancelation Policy 72-hour Reschedule (1-Week Cancellation) Policy Last minute cancellations/rescheduled appointments and "No-show" appointments have a negative impact on a business, including lost wages for our staff. In addition, when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment and patients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services they need. For this reason and out of common courtesy to our providers, Psyched has the following Cancellation and Reschedule Policy: A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining service fee will be charged one week prior to the service date. Once processed, these payments are non-refundable. Psyched understands things happen, thus if you need to reschedule, be sure to address this more than 72-hours (6:59 PM EST) prior to the appointment date and this can be credited towards any future service(s) executed within 90-days of the original appointment date. Credits are not guaranteed for cancelled or rescheduled appointments less than 72-hours prior to the appointment date and will not be arranged for any “no-show” appointment. For services with variable pricing, the lowest price will apply, i.e. 20 unit minimum for Botox, smallest syringe of filler or single vial for Kybella or sclerosant *these services are currently on hold. Excessive cancellations/rescheduled appointments may require full payment before appointments will be confirmed. Special discounts and pricing are not valid if this policy has been breached. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. For those with unpredictable schedules, we do offer concierge appointments which can be requested through the contact page or email listed on our website. Your time is just as valuable to us as our own. As a courtesy, reminders will be sent to the email and phone number you provided when scheduling, however, if you do not receive a reminder, the above policy remains in place. We understand that emergencies can happen. Kindly notify us by email should an unforeseen event prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. Thank you, Psyched
